Update on 2025 Assessment Appeals

Maine Township is awaiting the opportunity to open for a second round of 2025 assessment appeals with the Cook County Board of Review. This process cannot begin until the Cook County Assessor issues the 2025 assessment decision letters. After that, the Board of Review will schedule Maine Township for appeals.
