Maine Township Supports Our Veterans

Maine Township remains strong in its commitment to supporting our veterans. The Maine Township Assessor’s Office has been working closely with the Veterans Assistance Commission of Cook County, which has asked us to share their informational flyer with our community.

Veterans Assistance Commissions are county-based resources that provide emergency financial assistance, VA claims and benefits support through accredited Veterans Service Officers, and referrals to trusted community partners. The flyer includes a QR code that allows veterans to quickly connect with the appropriate Veterans Assistance Commission based on the county in which they reside.
