Convenient Passport and License Plate Sticker Renewal Services at the Maine Township Clerk's Office
The Maine Township Clerk's Office offers convenient services to help residents complete two common government tasks close to home: passport applications and Illinois license plate sticker renewals.
If you're planning international travel, the Clerk's Office is available to assist with passport applications by appointment. Staff provide guidance throughout the application process, verify required documents to help ensure everything is complete and accurate, and can assist with expedited passport requests for those who need their passport more quickly. Appointments are required for all passport services, Monday through Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Clerk's Office also provides fast and convenient Illinois license plate sticker renewals during regular business hours. No appointment is necessary for license plate sticker renewals. Simply bring your renewal notice or your vehicle identification number (VIN), driver's license, and license plate number, along with payment for the cost of the sticker plus a $7 processing fee. Residents may pay by cash, debit card, or credit card.
The Maine Township Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
