CEL (Center for Enriched Living) exists to enrich the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by maximizing opportunities for personal success, fostering fun and friendship, supporting employment, and promoting community involvement.

• REACH Adult Day Program provides members who have finished high school with opportunities to continue learning and making new friends, enjoying meaningful experiences within the community every weekday from 10 am to 3 pm.
• Our Employment Opportunities Program helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities find paid positions with local businesses that match their career choices.
• Catalyst Life Skills Program focuses on activities and practices that develop confidence, foster self-sufficiency, and increase independence in daily life skills such as cooking and cleaning.
• Social programs for teens and adults such as art, cooking, guys/ladies night, dances, games, summer camp, and more provide opportunities to enjoy life with friends, explore hobbies, and learn something new, including virtual programs.
• The Robert Vihon Family Resource Center offers resources and mental health therapy services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families and caregivers.

CEL continues to innovate and develop distinctive programs where members come first, ensuring their voices are heard. They are able to connect with friends, pursue ongoing learning, and experience life’s possibilities! We are always seeking volunteers and corporate sponsors who can contribute to our programs any day of the week.
