The D207 School-Based Health Center is a clinic, located in Maine East High School, that provides healthcare services to Maine Township (D207) high school students, their families, as well as D207 staff. Our pediatricians, nurse practitioner, medical assistant, and mental health provider are employed by Advocate Aurora Health and are dedicated to the health and wellness of Maine East, Maine West, and Maine South communities. A few of the services that we offer are sports physicals, sick visits, vaccinations, mental health and reproductive health visits. Our office is always open for student volunteers as well as collaborations with other community members/organizations who have ideas for improving health and wellness in Maine Township!Service Area: Maine Township High Schools
