Invitation to Bid for Township Building Partial Roof Replacement

Legal Notice is hereby given that Maine Township, 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge is accepting bids for the following project:

Township Building Partial Roof Replacement with new roofing system as described in the specifications documents and details in the Project Manual, which will be provided electronically. All bidders MUST fill out a Pre-Qualification Form before submitting a bid. Contact Century Roof Consultants at to obtain a form and Specifications. All contractors MUST be able to provide proof of Cook County’s 2024 Prevailing Wage Rates and the required Certificate of Insurance requirements. All questions concerning this project should be directed to George Criel at; 847-202-8500. A Pre-bid meeting will be held onsite on July 18th, 2024 at 10:00 am, weather permitting.

Sealed bids MUST be delivered by July 26, 2024 before 11:00 am to:

Maine Township Hall, 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge, IL 60068, Attn: Clerk Department.

The bid opening will be held at 11:00 am on July 26th, 2024, at Maine Township Hall.

Maine Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
