LEGAL NOTICE: INVITATION FOR BID
Legal Notice is hereby given that Maine Township Road District is accepting bids for the following project:
2025 Storm Sewer Lining
Specifications may be downloaded by going to Maine Township website mainetown.com.
There will be no charge associated with obtaining electronic copies of the bid documents starting January 2nd, 2025. For more information contact Ted Ward, Engineer at (847) 722-4043. Bids MUST be made on the forms provided. All bidders MUST be pre-qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation for road construction and MUST meet the Illinois Department of Transportation's requirements for bonding and insurance (documentation proving both of these items must be included with the bid or the bidder will be disqualified) and MUST be in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act. All bids must be received no later than 9:30 a.m. on January 23rd, 2025 at Maine Township Town Hall, 1700 Ballard Road, Park Ridge, Illinois, 60068. Bid opening will be held at 9:30 a.m. on the same day at Maine Township Town Hall. The Highway Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept any proposal in its entirety or part thereof if in the judgment of the Highway Commissioner the best interests of the Township will be promoted thereby.
All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the bid.
