2024 Low-Income Senior Freeze Renewal Applications Mailed

We are pleased to inform Maine Township residents that the Cook County Assessor’s Office mailed the 2024 Low-Income Senior Freeze Renewal Applications on March 24, 2025. This valuable exemption can provide significant savings on your 2024 Second Installment property tax bill.

• Your 2023 Federal Income Tax return
• Your driver’s license or state-issued ID
• 2024 Low-Income Senior Freeze Renewal Applications

The due date for the application is April 21, 2025.
