2025: A Year of Service, Support, and Community Impact

The dedication of our staff, volunteers, and partner agencies has made all the difference. Here is just one of many numbers from our departments that highlight our year of service:

2025 By the Numbers

Assessor Susan Moylan-Krey’s Office

  • Saved taxpayers more than $500,000 through Certificates of Error completion while responding to 15,300 calls and in-person visits.

Clerk Peter Gialamas’ Office

  • Helped process nearly 1,600 passport applications.

Highway Commissioner Ed Beauvais’ Office

  • Secured a $425,000 grant from Cook County to support local infrastructure improvements.

MaineStay Youth & Family Services

  • Served over 110 individuals with therapy, 380 in youth programs, and 535 through community programs.

Maine Township Food Pantry

  • Served over 18,000 individuals with critical food support.

MaineStreamers

  • Hosted over 300 events to create community among seniors in Maine Township.

General Assistance

  • Helped connect many residents each month to vital services including assistance in applying for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other support programs.

Recovery Connection

  • Hosted Friday night recovery meetings with over 2,000 total participant visits, reflecting strong ongoing engagement and vital peer support.

Community Partnership

  • Supported over 20 social service agencies serving Maine Township residents, strengthening our network of care.
