Legal notice is hereby given that Maine Township, 1700 Ballard Rd., Park Ridge, IL is accepting proposals for: Managed IT Services
Specifications will be available for pickup in the Clerk’s Office at Maine Township, 1700 Ballard Rd., Park Ridge, IL between the hours of 9 am and 5pm, and on the Maine Township website starting on September 23, 2026. The deadline for submitting responses to the Request for Proposal is 5pm on October 23, 2026.

When proposals are sent by mail or courier service, the proposer shall be responsible for their delivery to the Township prior to the deadline date and time.
Late proposals may be rejected in the sole discretion of the Township. Maine Township reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to accept any proposal if in the judgement of the Maine Township Board, the best interest of the Township is promoted.
